They did such a good job I ended up out of a relationship.

Love the cameras where we can converse with someone without having to go to the door. The alerts can be set at different sensitivities which is a great plus. I feel safer having these cameras on my property.

The service was to install a nestcam on the outside of my house. I told them I wanted to run the cable from the camera into my attic and then down into my garage where it could be plugged in the AC outlet. I explained this to the operator when I called to request service and was told this was not a problem, that it would cost $130 plus tax and that I would be completely happy with the job, or I could get a refund. When the technician arrived, he mounted the camera very easily onto the soffit of my roof with 2 wood screws, something I could have done myself in 5 minutes, He then told me there was no way he could run the cable thru my attic and he had no experience doing so. He said he was sorry and then left. I called and tried to get someone to fix the problem and was told that a manager would have to come out and access the work and that it would cost an additional $50 just to look at the job. I declined and now I must take the camera down every 2 months to charge it. I am very unhappy with the Geek Squad, they don't honor their proposals and offer no you no consolations.

The third-party installer was very helpful and professional. He made sure I knew how to operate the Ring app once the cameras were installed.

The guys did a very good job installing my camera. They answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied before they left.

Bought cameras and were mounted very professional. Scheduling people were not so efficient. Took a month for them to get appointments correct. It became very frustrating.
