Carlos did an amazing job installing our security cameras!!

Appreciated the service. Very nice installer. He had shoe booties ready before I even asked him. Kept his work area neat and clean and protected any tools or parts from damaging any part of our home. Did a great job. Highly recommend this service!

The agent mounted and installed all my cameras and set them to the correct view. He was very nice and got the job done quickly.

He called the day before and arrived on time the day of the appointment. I wish I had thought to charge both batteries prior to the day of installation. The installation went quickly.

I know he tried his best to get the cameras to work. So I purchased last week of 3 cameras that are the same brand and hopefully I can get Michael and Trey to come to install them because they really understand how they get connected and work.

The tech arrived on time and was able to install my series of Blink cameras around my home. He was safely dressed and protected my carpet with his shoe covers. He install each around the house, he was very patient, while making sure all were angled just right to get the greatest effect. This was a great service and would recommend to anyone who plans to install security cameras about their home.

Our agent was professional, the installation was quick and done right, he explained everything and answered all our questions!

He was on time and messaged ahead to let me know of his arrival…very personable and took time to show us exactly how do do the connecting to our phones and iPad…a definite help to us who are not technically knowledgeable.. installed the cameras to made sure we understood how to view and adjust…Great experience!

We are very pleased with Best Buy’s products and Geek Squad’s installation services. We’ve been buying their products for years and the latest is the Ring door cameras which provide excellent security for our home.

Mounted Security camera, down loaded app on cell phone because I'm not tech savy at all . agent was very helpful and respected my apt. took shoes odd at door. and showed me how to use camera from cell phone .

The agents came out and mounted and tested the items I had purchased. All worked well and the installation was done well and had no problems - except with the one unit that had a solar panel for helping to power the camera and lights. An agent came out again and made sure the angle on the solar panel was accurate (to get more of the sun's rays to charge the batteries). Everybody I met was anxious for my devices to work well and for me to be happy.

Phil Stetler is truly remarkable as the installer Geek. His years of experience and knowledge led me to return the original cameras and buy something “more affordable” and 10x better. Saved $$ and got better system. Had him 2x to residence because I purchased additional cameras after the first install. Very good at talking “down” to my level to explain how to use and maintain. I will ASK FOR THIS GUY for any other work. Very very very very impressed with him

The geek squad did a wonderful job installing our cameras. They were very polite when they came into the home and they were very neat. They put coverings on their feet. I would definitely have them come back in the future whenever we needed them.

The agent was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain to what he was doing (security camera installation). He also went beyond the "call of duty" and assisted me in "synching" the device to my phone and made sure that all. my other devices were also "synched".

Geek Squad camera installation with Mr. Taij, this guy is very professional fast and patient. He asked questions about the the location and position of where I wanted my cameras, what views I was trying to capture and made suggestions that really helped. Also he was easy to talk to, need more people in the world with his personality.

The agents installed our ring doorbell and ring cameras. They did an excellent job. They went right to work when they came; very polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable! They made sure we were able to use our equipment before they left. Very happy with the excellent service!!

The technician CJ did a good job of placing my cameras, and adjusting them so that they would give me the best possible coverage. He also explained the operation. Very professional and knowledgeable.
