Initial set up didn't work correctly. The second geek squad attempt worked perfectly

The agents that installed our security camera were top-notch professionals. They were EXCELLENT.

No matter what, throughout the entire process, make sure you watch their work. They are good, but there are a lot of working parts to getting an install right. The installer may say they understand your instructions, but chances are, they will march to the beat of their own drum unless you explain it perfectly before and throughout the process. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO REFINE THE INSTALL. OVERALL, I AM HAPPY WITH THE VALUE.

The agent installed my Arlo cameras and connected them to my Wi-Fi. The only problem is the cameras keep drooping and don’t stay put for a better view. It seems the cameras need a better mounting mechanism. The cameras seem to be too heavy for the current mounts. I have to keep moving and tightening the knob. I should have gotten different cameras.

The cameras were good quality I purchased 5 pack, the only thing is the battery dies quickly.

The cameras are just what I was looking for. The app could work better. Frequently says offline yet alerts when there is motion so it can't truly be offline. Kicked me totally out 1 day & kept saying email or password was wrong but when I signed in using husband's email with the same password it allowed me to sign in. But kept kicking us out because 2 people can't be signed in under same login. Uninstalling didn't work so I eventually had to change my password. Annoying

The Swann system provides excellent pictures and I really appreciate the fact that it is wired so I have no batteries to change! The installer, Alex, made excellent recommendations.

I never realized this install would require me to hire an electrician to finish BOTH the installation of camera AND get my doorbell working. Installers told me that they werent electricians do nothing was hardwired. Cords were haphazardly left in the open for the cameras, not hidden, or secured properly and doorbell still didnt work when they left. Total waste of money!

Need new service so product can be pushed over good

Mine to you, for the cameras were melted on my front porch and back patio. Both were adjusted for maximum viewing of all my doorways as well as most of my patio, part of my backyard and the front walkway and lawn areas. He took the time to check it all out show me how it worked and get the best angles for viewing. I appreciated the professionalism and the help because I am definitely a non-techie.! Thanks Geek Squad!

This is my 2nd purchase. Best Buy installation was exceptional.

some of your agents ok, others SO,so Not going into a lot of detail, because i've never won a gift card for any amount from Best Buy ever.has anyone ever WON? not sure if i would recommend geek squad service

Best system and the installer was absolutely awesome.

Ring Camera installation was done quickly , neatly and everything was explained clearly to us regarding how to use the system.

This job was subcontracted as Best Buy did not have anyone available in the coming weeks to install my cameras. It was a young gentleman that showed up and I don’t think he’d ever installed this product before. He kept asking me what to do and I felt like I should have just done it myself. When everything was finally done, it worked great but still needed to be adjusted some more.

Very good, I recommend. No regrets and very happy with this service and purchase
