||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The agents connected my TV, and they connected my security lights, but they did not aim and position the lights properly so it is going off all the time. They need to return at their expense to set the camera up properly. They should have checked this while they were at our house. I am sure that if they followed up that this could be taken care of easily. We had 2 issues: the TV connected properly to Roku, and the security lights.

They were very knowledgeable and polite while working. They then explained to us how to use the remote control to get the quality picture. Matt and his partner downloaded the cameras onto our cellphones and listed each one for us.
