The picture is very clear and you don’t have to scan through videos for hours to see what’s going on. You can set different settings to work for you.

The agents connected my TV, and they connected my security lights, but they did not aim and position the lights properly so it is going off all the time. They need to return at their expense to set the camera up properly. They should have checked this while they were at our house. I am sure that if they followed up that this could be taken care of easily. We had 2 issues: the TV connected properly to Roku, and the security lights.

Well worth having someone install cameras. Had problems with scheduling. Tech didn’t show up when originally scheduled. Had a very frustrating time reaching someone at Best Buy who could figure out what happened. Individual who helped me order cameras helped resolve scheduling. Tech who came had only installed a couple of arlo systems. Cameras working ok all in all.

I love the way they install them ,they did a really nice job I can see from the side of my house behind my house at all times through my phone.
