After the installs, they instructed me on how to charge the batteries and basic operation. I am very pleased with my purchase and the installation.

Pleasant surprise - Very Professional!

The installer was highly professional and organized from the beginning. He outlined our options and guided us through a configuration that he thought might not work, but did mostly in the end that was very effective for us. I was also pleased that he communicated effectively to set the appointment and time of arrival. That saved a lot of time and stress. First time I have used Geek Squad, but will do again.
