The installer went above and beyond
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installer worked extremely hard to try and get this system to work but due to limitations of this system, it would not accept our password that we use for all of the things hooked up in the house. It would have been too difficult to change all of the passwords for everything else, so we are returning this system and buying another.

Pleasant surprise - Very Professional!

The installer was highly professional and organized from the beginning. He outlined our options and guided us through a configuration that he thought might not work, but did mostly in the end that was very effective for us. I was also pleased that he communicated effectively to set the appointment and time of arrival. That saved a lot of time and stress. First time I have used Geek Squad, but will do again.
