The Geek Squad did an excellent job mounting and tuning in our 3 TVs and we would use them again.

I paid a fee for my Arlo camera reinstall due to the camera being down 80% of the time. I had also purchased a solar panel with this camera. The technician came out and changed the battery and stated this should take care of the issue. Again, I informed him that I believe the camera was originally installed where there wasn’t proper sunlight for the solar panel. I have said all of that to say I paid a fee and my camera still isn’t charging or working properly.

They mounted it and one of them the batteries die with 48 hrs. I called and complained to the geek squad. Same camera comes out of the attachment that's screwed on the siding. Everytime I changed the batteries which is every 2 days the whole camera comes out. I regret I brought this.

They added the cameras and where very helpful explaining how to use them

The person who installed the cameras identified themselves professionally and had ID. The installation was done to my satisfaction. Questions I had were answered timely. The operation of the cameras was explained to me in a manner that was explanation and demonstration. I have had no problem with the work performed.

Service is just on time, professional and good but a little expensive

Everybody involved in this process made things easy for us and in the end, everything works properly and I couldn’t whappier with the outcome.

Agents set up my Blink or Ring cameras. Only problems with control of them. Sister was there at the same time and they set them up as hers? They work on and off and every time I share, I lose control of them. I simply don't understand how this works. Was not fully explained to me, the Owner. Also fining very difficult to add another camera. They had it going, but when moved, won't work. Frustrating. I believe another camera that was there took control of mine. Difficult to get hold of anyone to help. All in all, the pictures, when they work are great, but next time will purchase a different product.

Techs were very professional. Arrived late in the day but installed my 3 cameras very quickly and then left.

The salesman at the store didn't think these cameras would work for me because I had less than 100 mbps. Also, I had previously purchased the geek squad subscription for one year when I had a car radio installed. The techs who came out didn't think all 6 cameras would work because of the distance to the base unit. Bottom line, everything works fine. These guys went above and beyond and they were surprised that all the cameras worked. It was worth the $50 for the piece of mind.
