The tech was professional and jad no problem walking me throigh the.directions using the camers.

The installation took less than 45 minutes for all 4 cameras. Geek Squad representative was knowledgeable and quick.

I bought 6 TV's for my new home. I have used the Geek Squad before when in installing new TV's and the service has been excellent. I only wish cable companies were as efficient as the Geek Squad. The Squad installed my TV's an made sure they worked with the cable and showed me how to use the remotes and the TV. They made sure I understood how everything worked before they left.

The service Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant. She was only able to install one camera vs the 2 that came in the box. She was not authorized to drill in concrete, which I understand, however, if the Geek Squad has a property owners written permission to drill a small hole, which in this case she did, I believe the job could have been completed. The Geek squad should reconsider their process.

Absolutely the best part of Best Buy. The guys that came to install the cameras were outstanding to say the least. They really knew what they were doing, and were so efficient and careful. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t get their names to personally thank them.

The service rep. Was very rude and impatient with me , he was not kind and showed no customer service etiquette! I was not happy about him , I Paid $129 for an unsatisfactory service, , the camera keeps going off line , we were told to get a WiFi extender and we did , but we’re not sure how to install it . We need help , we are senior adults and some technical issues we are not familiar with , PLEASE HELP us! I feel like I paid my money for the guy to just install the camera with no explanation on how to operate it out of courtesy. Thank you very much for your consideration,Mrs. D. Jones

They added the cameras and where very helpful explaining how to use them

They are excellent the video footage is great and the pictures are very clearl

The guy that installed my camera and solar panel did an excellent job. Very neat from what i can see.

Geek squad was punctual and courteous but at the end of the day, they couldn't really solve or tell me exactly what my problem was with my cameras. After they left, I started thinking about removing the system completely so I started cleaning up the area and moved the system router out from under the monitor and within seconds 6 of my 7 cameras began working.

Agents set up my Blink or Ring cameras. Only problems with control of them. Sister was there at the same time and they set them up as hers? They work on and off and every time I share, I lose control of them. I simply don't understand how this works. Was not fully explained to me, the Owner. Also fining very difficult to add another camera. They had it going, but when moved, won't work. Frustrating. I believe another camera that was there took control of mine. Difficult to get hold of anyone to help. All in all, the pictures, when they work are great, but next time will purchase a different product.
