I couldn’t ask for a more friendly person to put up my cameras and install my doorbell. Robert is very skilled in doing his job!! I love the way it’s so easy to talk to him and he shows me what he is doing in the setup on my iPhone. Any little detail is covered! He did a superb job. Robert can come back to my house anytime!

The Agent was extremely courteous and took us through step by step procedure for the device as well as offered professional advice on the device we purchased as well as options to scale up and get the best benefits. he also set everything up expediently as well as set every one up on our devices. I believe the agent's name was Juan - he was 100% terrific!!!! He installed the ring doorbell and kindly instructed me about it along the way. When it was installed he then showed me what I needed to know about the app - I was entirely impressed with Juan and tell everyone I know to buy Total Tech! It's only $200 / year, and includes ALL installations; or none - it's so worth it either way. It's the BEST spare Hubby ever! They do it right away, ensure it's the way we want it, change it if not, and smile the whole way through - Total Tech, BEST deal EVER! AND... they'll do a monthly online checkup on your computer! Get rid of what's slowing your computer down, upgrade whatever's due, install the latest software (I just went from Windows 7 to Windows 10 - all included!) Total Tech is the best security blanket I've ever bought :)

The Geek Squad agent set up both of our Ring Outdoor Battery Spotlight Cameras. He did an excellent job. He was quick and patient in explaining the details of using these surveillance cameras.

The installer was professional and fast and on time and kind. They were tme and took care of everything we needed.

Geeks installed all my Ring stuff as I have Total Maint Plan and it was free. Great service. Got dates just a few days out and they came on time and were quick and clean!

David also installed the indoor camera. He moved it to several places around the room to let us see where it would be best placed. He then showed us all of the features available on the app. We really appreciated his patience and knowledge.

Geek Squad did a great job both times we needed them. First time to install outside security cameras and home base. The second time (a week later) was to take down the 1st system that wasn't working correctly and put up the new system that now works great! Both times they arrived when they said, if not a bit early which was nice. They were helpful & professional too.

Cameras work very well. I get to see whats happening at my home even when i am not tbere. Very happy with the purchase and installation.

There were 2 agents who came out and installed our 6 Arlo cameras along with solar panels on each camera. They did an excellent job and were very patient with answering questions and showing us how to work the Arlo App on our phones. I am so glad that we have their Total Tech Support. It is well worth the money.

The technician who put up my camera was very professional and new just where to install the camera to get the best view. He also put the solar panel where the sun hits it most and it is always 100% charged. I highly recommend the Geek Squad's services.

Warranty service call was performed by Alex Sargent of Geek Squad for issue involving recent purchase/installation of security cameras. Alex was extremely thorough in checking/testing each camera/solar panel, not just the one w/issues. He was patient in explaining the details so that we understood what caused the problem and how he rectified back to full working conditions. Could not be happier with Geek Squad's home service techs.

I am not sure if this is for installation team or Geek Squad in BB Gainesville VA. Ring install team was amazing quick and provided professional advice. Geek Squad inside store very nice worked quickly to change out / return equipment that was not needed for install

Alec or Alex is the Geek who installed 3 cameras for me. He kept me posted on his arrival time and was a good listener when we discussed each installation. He knew the product well and was able to determine placement based on the view I wanted. I worked for several hours and maintained a focus on doing the work safely and correctly. Alec(x?) answered all my questions, made recommendations, and programmed all the software. So glad I have the Geek Squad to help me!!

I was waiting for the best buy service provider or service partner to install my security cameras at desired appointment date and they haven't showed up or given any communication on their arrival at the arrival window which they provided through text. We have waited all the day for service partner to install the cameras but no one had arrived at my residence. Next day spoke to the Geek squad customer service representative to check why the appointment is missed and they dont have specific reason and they suggested for reschedule of appointment to next following week which I am supposed to travel out of town, now I had to move my plans to get my cameras installed at my home. If they are not able to make the appointment date or time as scheduled, then I would suggest the best buy service partners to properly communicate with the users who are expected to get their gadgets to be installed at an expected appointment date.
