I believe his name was Garrett coming from the Reynoldsburg store. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the cameras and even connected them in the app for me. Would recommend getting this service for anyone getting cameras.

Best Buy out of area

Oh for the home security the said they didn’t service my area so I did myself . I was able to get a gentleman to do it for me so I guess that’s good. Services guys are good follow up from Corp poor put me on hold for ever and they couldn’t figure out why installation was canceled just said of systems are wacky and asked me to drive to a store to get credit? Awesome?

Excellent Service/ Couldn't ask for more

When I bought them, I told both the lady on the Geek Squad and the Sales Person in the Security Camera section exactly what I was doing, why, and what I wanted. Not only did they not schedule enough time for the Geek Squad to complete the services, but they sold me the wrong equipment. After 3 trips, one with a supervisor, and ending up taking down what I originally bought and getting a new system, I am fully pleased. Geek Squad you rock!
