    Very helpful and organized. I recommend an electrician be onsight when installation takes place so they can work together, otherwise, communication is challenging between the two parties with the homeowner as an intermediately.

    Set up HP laptop, added Microsoft and set up Excel. Jason was very informative and added little extras that I asked for. I was able to reach him by phone and he was always very informative, polite friendly and gave me a lot of insight in my new laptop.

    Tech guy was really knowledgeable and went over everything. Great customer service from tech. So far so good with the cameras. Almost a month and batteries around 87%. I linked with Alexa for notifications when there is a person on my front and back porch. I may need a WiFi extender, sometimes I get poor connection on the side of house farthest from my router.
