Good, but not quite great

My one knock on them is that the camera that was installed on the garage was not placed in an ideal location. I would have much preferred that it was installed higher so no one would be able to move it.

Geek Squad installation was perfect!

Our first visit was from a contractor hired by Geek Squad and the results were not good. Once the Geek Squad came to do the install everything went smoothly. Love Geek Squad!!!

I recommend an electrician be onsight when installation takes place so they can work together, otherwise, communication is challenging between the two parties with the homeowner as an intermediately.

Great Service

He then help me download the app and assisted me inlogging in all the cameras. He then installed all the outside camera's and the solar panels. Came back inside, checked the system, named all the camera's, and tested everything once more. The whole experience was great.

Geek Squad - Jason installed laptop

Jason was very informative and added little extras that I asked for. I was able to reach him by phone and he was always very informative, polite friendly and gave me a lot of insight in my new laptop.
