Mathew from Best Buy showed up on time and got the job done. He is very knowlegable on setting up the Ring Camera's with spotlight. In fact we had him a couple of years ago and he did some other camera's that with stood 2 hurrincane. Would recomment Mathew from Best Buy

The geek squad came and hooked these cameras up and made sure we knew how to work them.

The installation of 5 Ring Spot Cameras was great!

Set up HP laptop, added Microsoft and set up Excel. Jason was very informative and added little extras that I asked for. I was able to reach him by phone and he was always very informative, polite friendly and gave me a lot of insight in my new laptop.

Very helpful and organized. I recommend an electrician be onsight when installation takes place so they can work together, otherwise, communication is challenging between the two parties with the homeowner as an intermediately.

Completely satisfied, all items were quickly installed and works well.

The service rep. Was very rude and impatient with me , he was not kind and showed no customer service etiquette! I was not happy about him , I Paid $129 for an unsatisfactory service, , the camera keeps going off line , we were told to get a WiFi extender and we did , but we’re not sure how to install it . We need help , we are senior adults and some technical issues we are not familiar with , PLEASE HELP us! I feel like I paid my money for the guy to just install the camera with no explanation on how to operate it out of courtesy. Thank you very much for your consideration,Mrs. D. Jones

always do a good job of installing my products. They are professional and courteous.

Wireless camera was installed, they will have to come back up since they have it hooked up to an exposed outlets that anyone can plug in. I did pay up front as a total tech member $49 and then they charged me an extra $99. they are coming back out and I am sure that i will get my money back if appropriate on the overages.

Dave made sure not only tdnchat equipment was properly installed but adjusted them so that I could access everything safely and conveniently.

The two geek squad guys were highly professional, polite, well dressed, and answered all my questions.
