The in house installation of my mesh routers, cameras, and more couldn't be better. The tech are knowledgeable, diligent, and extraordinarily cooperative & helpful!

I live out in the booneys and have an uneasy feeling when I come in after dark. It's such a comfort just knowing no one is in my house or anywhere close by while the cameras are in the armed mode.. I have told all my family and friends about these cameras-I even talked my sister in to getting a set. The picture and video quality is amazing. They were simple to install, however, I did not know that at the time of purchase and paid the Geek Squad to install and set-up for me. Save the installation fee and do it yourself like my sister did. Know that Arlo has good instructions and will assist on the phone, if needed. I like to do my own monitoring. I have paid for monitoring service for years in the past. I can do the same thing they can, only a lot faster. They call the cops who have a terrible time finding me and take hours to get here. I know which family and friends are closer and can be here in minutes.

Chappell & Ramzi were very polite and helpful . I do not want them to be written up about doing anything wrong because I went along with the suggestions as to where to install cameras. I had not ever had cameras before and was totally out of the loop where they should be placed. I assumed that all your personnel had been fully trained in where the best spots were. All three were moved to spots where they should have been to begin with according to someone who has been in that business for a long time. Also, the batteries only lasted one week and had to be charged. I called Geek Squad & didn't get a lot of satisfaction there. Question below as to if I would recommend GS-some things yes and other items no. Hind sight I would have gotten cameras & door bell same mfg. Didn't realize it should have been the same & that was not mentioned when I purchased said items fm Best Buy.

The squad did a great job installing the mesh system and helped connect all the devices in ways I would not have thought of. They fixed a networking problem that wasn't wireless by directly connecting to one of the nodes. I didn't know that was possible. Highly knowledgeable and professional.

Jordan did everything right. Connected the cameras and explained their use. Excellent service.

The geek squad (which was one guy lol) came to install my cameras and it was easy breezy! He placed the cameras where I wanted them and installed the app got me all set up. I was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge about the camera system.

I bought Night Owl Wireless camera (not wire free). As a Total Tech member I got the install service free (Wireless Camera Install - Upto 4 cameras) and booked an appointment. When the tech arrived, he was confused seeing that the camera has got the wired connection and the service is for wireless. I made him understand that the camera is wireless and not wired. He said that it will take around 2 hours of time to install and hence he said that he will reschedule the appointment for future date based on his schedule. He came back with one more guy on the next re-scheduled date and finished the camera installation where ever I wanted the cameras. The tech was prompt and kept his words. I would rate them excellent to their commitment, knowledge and work.

They did an outstanding job of fountain and cameras, and hooking them up, taught me how to operate it very easy

I was scheduling an installation appointment by phone. I could not remember my Best Buy password. I just barely know how to use my phone, let alone my computer. Sparing you all the details it took along time and several tries to set a new password while the appointment agent waited on the phone. He stayed on the line and encouraged me to continue until I finally managed to set a new password. THEN I ACCIDENTALLY HUNG UP ON HIM. He immediately called back and we finished making the installation appointment. I was so glad he had so much patience with my ineptitude. He refused to give up on me and go to his next customer. He said "we'll get it no matter how long it takes." Maybe I will learn technology eventually, but for now I appreciate people who try to help me accomplish things on my phone and computer. P.S> I apologize to anyone who may have been kept on hold while I bumbled through my task.

I am very pleased with the Geek Squad crew who installed 2 floodlights on my home. They arrived in a timely manner and was very professional installing the products. The technicians carefully showed me how to work the product and helped install the software on my tablet and cell phones. They did a great job.

The installer was absolutely the best and he explained everything to me as he was installing. One of the cameras batteries went out after two weeks and two days. That really upset me because obviously the batteries that came with the unit was defective.

I was hesitating to purchase the geek service for $200 but after getting the camera installation service. I am glad I got this service. I only pay $49.99 to get my cameras installed outside my home which saved me a lot of headache and time. The tech they sent out was professional and got the job done.

I recently had the Geek Squad from Best Buy install my Arlo security cameras, and the experience was fantastic. The team was efficient and professional, completing the installation quickly and without any issues. They were in and out, leaving me with a fully functional security system. Highly recommend their services!

I was waiting for the best buy service provider or service partner to install my security cameras at desired appointment date and they haven't showed up or given any communication on their arrival at the arrival window which they provided through text. We have waited all the day for service partner to install the cameras but no one had arrived at my residence. Next day spoke to the Geek squad customer service representative to check why the appointment is missed and they dont have specific reason and they suggested for reschedule of appointment to next following week which I am supposed to travel out of town, now I had to move my plans to get my cameras installed at my home. If they are not able to make the appointment date or time as scheduled, then I would suggest the best buy service partners to properly communicate with the users who are expected to get their gadgets to be installed at an expected appointment date.

The technician was running late but called ahead to let me know. His service made up for this as he went above and beyond to provide good service.

Agent mounted 2 Blink outdoor wireless cameras for me, set the app up on my phone and showed me how to use the phone app as well as my Alexa show to view the areas. He was quick and very knowledgeable. Great job!!
