Don't waste your money on this service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I never realized this install would require me to hire an electrician to finish BOTH the installation of camera AND get my doorbell working. Installers told me that they werent electricians do nothing was hardwired. Cords were haphazardly left in the open for the cameras, not hidden, or secured properly and doorbell still didnt work when they left. Total waste of money!

Installation issue

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had two ting caneras installed and i went to put the extra battery in one of them and they mist have used a drill on the screw. It is so tight that i cannot open the camera at all and the screw is now stripped. Also the mount is not attached tightly and appears stripped out as well. Tried to call foe service and sat on hold for an eternity.

Clear video
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ring was easy to set up, using ring app on Iphone. Good clear video. It does cost $3.00 per mo to be able to save videeos. But that is an option. Just having them will sometimes deter robberies.

Geek Squad does it again!! Makes installation pain

I feel like he went above and beyond by explaining the Ring app to me also.

Eddy-Best Tech @ Henderson NV location!

Eddy was the most knowledgeable out of all that had been there. Finally, things were fixed. If you need something done at the Henderson Nevada location ask for Eddy to do it or you will have multiple trips/appts to get it fixed.
