Install was quite, perfect & the installers were kind.

He above and beyond to get all.my camera's installed correctly suggested a mount for one of my camera's pulled it up for me on internet, i ordered it, he came back once product arrived in a few days. Very happy with product and service.

The technician was 4 hours late with no notification. Once he got here he installed the mounted cameras with some thought. The “plug & play” cameras that didn’t have to be mounted he just found the easiest spot to plug. I had to move both cameras & later had my son, who lives out of state, mount them for me so they didn’t get blocked or knocked off of the counter.

Mounted the cameras quickly had good suggestion on where to put them.

Installer was excellent and patiently showed us how to use on cell phone

They wouldn’t let me do a review with no stars. The install was scheduled 3 times. Twice they did not show up and the third install was changed( not by me) to a delivery that never came. I was never contacted to let me know that they weren’t coming or why! Each time it took me about an hour to reach an agent who could not get through to the installer to address the issue. I canceled the install.

The agents moved a ring camera and solar panel from a shady inconsequential location to a sunny spot that illuminates 3 entries to my business so I never have to change batteries and I can view who is coming in and leaving. On time and efficiently.

The camera was simple to mount and works very well.

The agents mounted several televisions very timely and efficiently.

The service I received was amazing. The gentlemen that came were friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done. They also asked us questions to make sure the work they were doing was what we wanted and was satisfied with.

The guy that installed my cameras was very kind and polite, he got the cameras up in no time and gave us a quick run through on how to set them up on our phones. He had to come back about 2 months later to install the solar panels and he was very apologetic for the time frame, and got them all put up in not time at all.

Barry did a great job installing our cameras! He was early, was patient with us as we looked at what we wanted to have covered. I highly recommend the Tech support and especially Barry out of the State College store!
