i have seen other cams this is the best by far you wont be disapointed

Install delayed due to weather and BB scheduling. The two techs were amazing and quickly set up the stuff to install. They PATIENTLY and KINDLY showed us that our install plan would not benefit and made sure we were happy before moving on. GREAT JOB, GUYS!!!

I wanted to see packages left at my front door, and to see if my garage door is closed when I am away. I told this to a third party installer sent by Best Buybut he said it could not be done because of the angle. They need to make flexible-neck cameras. These are necessary safety features. The cameras don’t show everything, or the whole sequence of movement. I am afraid they may miss a crucial moment. Otherwise the featues are working. And i appreciate the neighborhood happenings beong reported.

My experience with the Geek squad was great. The representative was very helpful and and knew exactly what he was doing in setting up the system correctly.

We decided to get help to install one of our Arlo cameras since it had to go way up in our backyard wall. The technician was great and friendly and even spent extra time with some of the app and hardware setup. Overall, geek squad is always worth it if you have the slightest doubts about setting it up yourself.

You asked be to be available from 7 am to 7 pm. That is a day's off from work for me. You did not have the product and You did not call. I called once in the morning to see if you could narrow the wait time; got someone offshore. No help. I called back around 4pm; got someone who told me that you did not have the product to installed. He said that they had called in the morning to tell me they had no product. He must have called the wrong number because the call was not on my phone. Another date was set. I was given a 4-hour wait-time window. You overcharged me for the installation by $125.00. I pay to about $200.00/year for the Geek Squad installation and product warranty. I received no instructions on opening the garage door. I ordered your product so I could have packages delivered to my house. I can't do it using your product. I also went to your store and complained about this matter. I will discontinue the $200.00 dollars I am spending with you to install and waranty products I buy from you. I will not buy any in the future from you.
