The two techs were amazing and quickly set up the stuff to install. They PATIENTLY and KINDLY showed us that our install plan would not benefit and made sure we were happy before moving on. GREAT JOB, GUYS!!!

I told this to a third party installer sent by Best Buybut he said it could not be done because of the angle. They need to make flexible-neck cameras. These are necessary safety features. The cameras don’t show everything, or the whole sequence of movement. I am afraid they may miss a crucial moment. Otherwise the featues are working. And i appreciate the neighborhood happenings beong reported.

The Squad you can rely on

The technician was great and friendly and even spent extra time with some of the app and hardware setup. Overall, geek squad is always worth it if you have the slightest doubts about setting it up yourself.

They do their job as cameras but batteries die so quick and the recording most of the time have static.
