The original appointment was to be from 1:00 to 5:00 on a Wednesday. The tech showed up at 10:00 without calling me and the Administrator told him that paperwork was not ready and he needed to leave. I was in the process of doing the paperwork prior to 1:00. The install location was in my daughter's room in a nursing home. As such I had to jiggle things to rebook the appt. for Friday of that week, one day before I returned to Milwaukee. I already had the camera installed and working. What I wanted from the tech was guidance on only using the settings I needed. He did that.

My "Blink" cameras were installed by "Geek Squad" He was professional, but did not do a good job of explaining how they work.

We had geek squad mount our tv and google cameras, on 2 different days. Both instances the team was fabulous! They were patient and professional, getting the mount spot just right! I would highly recommend them over and over!

He was great and he's a very nice person. He came and did what he had to do, we had small conversation, he was knowledgeable. He understood everything that I was saying to him and about my concerns and he even gave me his number just in case I needed him or I for got a question to ask about the system

They did a good job but had to delay the outside install until a day without rain and lightning. They should have rescheduled the whole time instead of having to make an additional appointment.

The technician installed the camera quickly and efficiently. It works great.

The agent mounted 3 cameras and a solar panel. Needed a taller ladder, which arrived in a timely fashion. And one camera needed to be moved. Also, had to remove solar panel as it would not support the charge overnight. All done for a simple low charge. All cameras hooked up to the Ring app.

Installation seemed to go fine, & the set-up was supposedly completed, but unfortunately we immediately began experiencing issues with the system malfunctioning, not detecting motion when it should, not recording, going offline, etc. We called the agent that did installation right away - on two different days - we still have never received a return call (we called twice at the very beginning of July). Our system still isn’t working properly and the lack of follow thru on Geek Squad’s end has been disappointing.

The 2 guys that installed my Ring set up were remarkable. So nice, thoughtful, competent and and took the time to make sure everything worked the way I wanted before they left. Really excellent customer service.
