Arlo is a great product. Camara's had great pictures and very easy to set up on my phone and learned through geek squad a lot. Arlo at the time I just wasn't happy with the introductory offer. It took forever to get a refund. But service was good.

Ronald, the technician that installed the 2 devices was on time, very professional, completed the job in a timely manner and represented the company well.

The cameras were installed in the locations approved by the HOA. After installation, the technician checked with me to confirm that the areas I wanted monitored were being captured. They then adjusted the camera angles to ensure full coverage of the desired areas.

The Geek Squad agents mounted our new Blink security cameras quickly. They installed them in strategic places and left no damage or mess. Highly recommend the Geek Squad.

The tech from Geek Squad installed the Ario camera perfectly and explained how to download the app; he did not leave until we actually used the app to make sure he "got it right". Great service!!!

The agent installed the cameras well. The install included solar panels to recharge the cameras. I have to change the location of the solar panels as they were not picking up the sun despite the installer's prediction. They were not charging the cameras at all. I tried contacting the agent and his manager without success.

Had our ring cameras mounted on the outside of our house and they did a wonderful job. All 4 cameras are working great. Feel safer with them there.

Mounting was OK and getting the camera on the iPhone was done but was not adequately (or slowly) explained to us. We more or less got a done deal. In particular, we did not understand that we needed to charge the battery for 4 hours! He told us but did not demonstrate how to remove and replace the battery. We still do not know, but suspect that 2 batteries can be put into the camera.

The Best Buy Geek Squad did a excellent job installing my Ring Doorbell and eight Ring Spotlight Cameras. They took their time security the wiring for the cameras and made sure they were recording the areas I wanted.

I appreciate the work done and the excellent service with setting up the camera and solar panels.

Mr Kevin, a Geek Wizard installed my Arlo security camera. Knows his job extremely well. The best in the business. Mr Kevin also explained to me in great details how to navigate the Arlo camera system. I have a great understanding of the Arlo system by the time Mr Kevin left my house. Thanks Mr Kevin.

Sean was professional and very helpful. He installed all four cameras and helped my wife with the apps on her phone as she is not tech savvy. Furthermore, he made some recommendations on how to improve our internet connections. I would give him a 10 out of 10.
