The original appointment was to be from 1:00 to 5:00 on a Wednesday. The tech showed up at 10:00 without calling me and the Administrator told him that paperwork was not ready and he needed to leave. I was in the process of doing the paperwork prior to 1:00. The install location was in my daughter's room in a nursing home. As such I had to jiggle things to rebook the appt. for Friday of that week, one day before I returned to Milwaukee. I already had the camera installed and working. What I wanted from the tech was guidance on only using the settings I needed. He did that.

Had to go thru multiple installers before one came to complete the work. He followed my suggestions. The other installers "knew" better" but were unable to complete the job. Works great now...sometimes the customer does understand the predictions. This small project took 3 visits to speak to a competent manager which delayed the completion of this small project by over a month.

They work great and the geek squad was awesome... they always are so professional and answers all my questions.. thank you so much

Best Buy did a great job installing my nest cameras

I have used the Geek Squad several times. Each time professionals show up, pre-announced, on time and ready to complete the job. This is a great value in my opinion!

What a great value for the price. The Geek Squad installers were timely, polite, professional, and even set up UTube TV on all the TVS they installed for me. Enjoyed the overall experience.

You asked be to be available from 7 am to 7 pm. That is a day's off from work for me. You did not have the product and You did not call. I called once in the morning to see if you could narrow the wait time; got someone offshore. No help. I called back around 4pm; got someone who told me that you did not have the product to installed. He said that they had called in the morning to tell me they had no product. He must have called the wrong number because the call was not on my phone. Another date was set. I was given a 4-hour wait-time window. You overcharged me for the installation by $125.00. I pay to about $200.00/year for the Geek Squad installation and product warranty. I received no instructions on opening the garage door. I ordered your product so I could have packages delivered to my house. I can't do it using your product. I also went to your store and complained about this matter. I will discontinue the $200.00 dollars I am spending with you to install and waranty products I buy from you. I will not buy any in the future from you.

Easy installation n works as good as your internet

The Geek Squad service was wonderful. The mounting of cameras process was quick n efficient. The agent was real helpful explaining details about the cameras n how to view certain settings on your phone.

The person fixed our cameras immediately. They had become disconnected from our phones. He also corrected a couple other things on our cameras that weren’t operating correctly. He definitely knew what he was doing and did it quickly. Plus he showed us how to use correctly!

The worst service ever. Technicians didn't know how to install the cameras. Told me that my phone doesn't work. I explained arlo Technicians wanted to talk with him but it never happened. Had Technicians come to my house four times with negative results. They set up my account my email address and phone set up to my son's email, so I was paying money for an account that didn't exist. The 3rd Technicians called me at 4pm saying they were on their way but no show and i called the Technicians phone four times but he didn't answer. I went to best buy around 7pm only to find that the Technicians put in their report that they were at my house and finished the job. I complained again and was told that best buy was going to send level 2 Technicians to finish the job only to find they sent the original Technicians that messed up the first time. I called arlo and had the Technicians walk me through setting up my cameras. Extremely disappointed in best buy

I contacted Geek Squad several times. They were very patient and answered all my questions. I could not get it installed because my wifi is not strong enough. I have to upgrade the wifi first.

The Geek Squad Technician was so professional and answered all my questions. He was very friendly and was respectful of the areas that he worked in. He made sure he left each area clean after each installation.

Edward was professional and very helpful made sure all the equipment he installed was working and we were satisfied before he left.

Then I bought 6 more cameras. The new geek swapped out the two that were installed previously. And now all the Arlo cameras and solar panels work once in a while. Wish the original geek who was paid for this installation did all the rest of my $3,000.00 Arlo camera security system installations

They were top notch. the area I was located was remote and yet they went beyond the call. Very courteous and worked to assist us in many ways.
