The Geek Squad installer was friendly & knowledgeable on the items I purchased at Best Buy. He answered my questions and explained, with thoroughness, how they worked. I highly recommend them.

Mitchell checked my proposed setup and found my wi-fi extender would not reach the camera. He installed EERO MESH and camera and it works great. Mitchell did a great job.

Geek squad was more than helpful. They set up the ring cameras and also helped me set up the web rounter, explaining everything as they went. I certainly would recommend using the Geek Squad!

They did a great job. I would recommend them for any kind of job. They cut down from 6 wires to two. I have never had anything in my life that works every time. I wish I had used geek squad take care of all my installation needs.

The technicians went above and beyond in determining best placement of sensors, etc. and then setting up my Ring equipment. They also helped me fine tune my Epson printer! Thank you.

most thing I like about them how they take daytime programming and showing you how it's a incident make a situation alpha and then for you to sit and try to figure it out why you there and they'll make sure that you understand how the product work kudos to geek squad

They were top notch. the area I was located was remote and yet they went beyond the call. Very courteous and worked to assist us in many ways.

The Geek Squad that came to our home to install the security cameras we bought at Best Buy was very friendly and very helpful. Very much appreciated all their help and how they took the time we needed to answer our questions.

The original appointment was to be from 1:00 to 5:00 on a Wednesday. The tech showed up at 10:00 without calling me and the Administrator told him that paperwork was not ready and he needed to leave. I was in the process of doing the paperwork prior to 1:00. The install location was in my daughter's room in a nursing home. As such I had to jiggle things to rebook the appt. for Friday of that week, one day before I returned to Milwaukee. I already had the camera installed and working. What I wanted from the tech was guidance on only using the settings I needed. He did that.

Edward was professional and very helpful made sure all the equipment he installed was working and we were satisfied before he left.

Travis and Brad were super helpful in replacing/installing my Ring camera which stopped working. They were very professional and courteous in answering my many questions. I greatly appreciated their exellent customer service.

The agents repaired a difficult complex Nest Camera/Thermostat wifi connect issue. It is a complex process if you lose connection with your Google account. The Geek Squad Team came through in spectacular fashion reconnecting my Nest system.

I haven't recieved these caeras yet to install how do I install them

The men did an outstanding job....all worked well until I changed password for my internet....couldn't get ARLO to update the same. So basically, cameras are useless.

The Geek surveyed the areas to install the cameras and where to place the internet boosters. Work was completed in a timely fashion and there was no muss or mess in any area.I have used Geek Squad for all electronics for many years and would not call anyone else.
