I have known the Geek squad to be professional and reliable. Making my purchases at Best Buy is a choice i make because of the quality and services.

Geek squad service is amazing they came over and set up my items quick they were very respectful and kind i will most definitely use them again.

The Agent never confirmed batteries were charged before installing on April 28, 2023. Lost connection 10 days later. I removed the camera, charged the battery, then replaced the camera, but the connection didn't resume, because the Agent never completed linking them to the base station.

The techs were professional and very helpful. Wish they had better explained how the Blink App works.

Works good for a door but doesn’t pick up until you are close. Wish it would pick up further away

You asked be to be available from 7 am to 7 pm. That is a day's off from work for me. You did not have the product and You did not call. I called once in the morning to see if you could narrow the wait time; got someone offshore. No help. I called back around 4pm; got someone who told me that you did not have the product to installed. He said that they had called in the morning to tell me they had no product. He must have called the wrong number because the call was not on my phone. Another date was set. I was given a 4-hour wait-time window. You overcharged me for the installation by $125.00. I pay to about $200.00/year for the Geek Squad installation and product warranty. I received no instructions on opening the garage door. I ordered your product so I could have packages delivered to my house. I can't do it using your product. I also went to your store and complained about this matter. I will discontinue the $200.00 dollars I am spending with you to install and waranty products I buy from you. I will not buy any in the future from you.

Great price and hopefully quality. Its a I don’t think the system can upgrade to more than 8 cameras but if 8 is what you need then this is a good system connected with wires.

The Geek Squad representative connected my cameras to my computer and I was very satsisifed.

I had two wireless cameras installed and so far so good, I do have issues when it rains, trying to see the camera.

Agent was great in mounting it. But the in service people really didn't understand that I needed the camera to see outside of apartment door. Its not serving the purpose

Very nice guy who had never hooked up an Arlo. Between us we figured it out and I would not have without him. Expected someone who had been trained on the Arlo. Therefore no teaching was available for me.

The agent set up my device and explained how it all works and hooked up my system to all of the devices I asked for. He was very knowledgeable.

They did a great job. I really love that. My installs are free with my Best Buy yearly warranty.

Best Buy is simply the best when it comes to tv installs! The agents were knowledgeable and friendly. The installs are even better when you have TotalTech!

Tried to set it correctly. But the hardware needs looking at. Will take it into the store. Had many help us from Best Buy. Used online help and when that did not work, had agents come to the house. Computer needs to be taken into the store.
