They wouldn’t let me do a review with no stars. The install was scheduled 3 times. Twice they did not show up and the third install was changed( not by me) to a delivery that never came. I was never contacted to let me know that they weren’t coming or why! Each time it took me about an hour to reach an agent who could not get through to the installer to address the issue. I canceled the install.

These cameras do some lagging. Should hv option of zooming. A lot of times the camera doesent pick up motion at your door til there walking away

The installer (subcontractor of Best Buy) did an excellent job, advising me on the number of cameras and their location. Very happy with him.

The agent went above and beyond to make sure I have a better understanding of my home security installation. Just one service will pay for the year-round total tech cost.

The technician checked my Ring Cameras to ensure they worked and hung the solar panels as requested. He also helped with placing my EEROs to get the best wi-fi connection.

The agent mounted my Ring key door device along with 3 spotlight cameras and 3 solar panels. He provided excellent service. He went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. Also hands on experience on how to use devices

Had two ting caneras installed and i went to put the extra battery in one of them and they mist have used a drill on the screw. It is so tight that i cannot open the camera at all and the screw is now stripped. Also the mount is not attached tightly and appears stripped out as well. Tried to call foe service and sat on hold for an eternity.

This was not an install. It was conecting my new phone to them.

we have had numerous Geek Squad technicians performing services in our home. Installation of our home theater which is included the TV, stereo system, and all necessary components. They have worked on multiple computers and have never ever ever let us down.

Install was great and each one was reviewed with us so that we had all the information on the new TV and cameras.

These gentlemen went above and beyond to help get me set up. We had the incorrect cameras and fortunately our Geek squad team had them readily available to install for us! Very great to work with and had a great experience.

the installation went well the technician was able to install the solar panels and gave instructions how to use them and make adjustments if. needed

The agent was quick, thoughtful, courteous. He carried in wonderful equipment and enhanced with subdued suggestions. The quality of equipment far, far exceeds what's otherwise available i this price range.

Installer did not screw in every screw its a lil disappointing to fund this out sfter the fact.

The installer mounted all cameras and connected them to the hub. They also installed the app on my phone which works great. They answered all my question to my satisfaction.

This guy was awesome he made sure the cameras were exactly where I wanted them and angled exactly were I WANTED he was kind and very helpful answered all my questions and explained everything to me, excellent service with a smile!!!

Well I really wanted to let greek squd put them up for me. Dont know if I can do it myself?

We were not able to use the service because we want to place the camera above 10” and they only can install up to 10”. But the guy was very friendly and tell us not to worry they will refund us the money. The customer relation was excellent. I’m very happy with Best Buy.
