The installer (subcontractor of Best Buy) did an excellent job, advising me on the number of cameras and their location. Very happy with him.

Install was great and each one was reviewed with us so that we had all the information on the new TV and cameras.

Jose and Kenneth from Best buy did a terrific job installing my three Eufy security cameras. They did a quick charge, set up the three outdoor cameras in the places that I had specified set up the app perfectly.

Geek squad has installed allof my recent purchases Each time they do a great job. On this particular product We likely could have done it ourselves but it ncie for them to help decide camera placement and camera resolution. I would recommend this service without heistation

The technician checked my Ring Cameras to ensure they worked and hung the solar panels as requested. He also helped with placing my EEROs to get the best wi-fi connection.

I’ve had geek squad for awhile now. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I love love you guys but this time was not good. No one told me that you contract this work out. You sent a newbee to my house. My sales rep told me they would come and show me everything. This was the guys 4th install. It was horrible!

the installation went well the technician was able to install the solar panels and gave instructions how to use them and make adjustments if. needed

I would recommend Geek Squad for any installation. We had 6 cameras and solar panels installed around our house. The Agent was very attentive to my instructions based on our particular installation need.

They hung the cameras up where I asked, but were not able to to get into the app to see how to get them focused. I called the company that did the work and the gave me 25. oo back . The guys that were doing the work were very pleasant but could not complete the work. I ended up calling the company that makes the camera and they walked me through the process instead. A waste of $120.00 and very disappointing. I felt that I should have been at least 1/2 of the cost.

Installer did not screw in every screw its a lil disappointing to fund this out sfter the fact.

The agent mounted my Ring key door device along with 3 spotlight cameras and 3 solar panels. He provided excellent service. He went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. Also hands on experience on how to use devices

These cameras do some lagging. Should hv option of zooming. A lot of times the camera doesent pick up motion at your door til there walking away
