I should have installed the cameras myself. It wasn't very difficult, but I spent a lot for the hardware installation. I was hoping to learn more about the software. I had prepared a list of questions for review. The installers really didn't know much about the software and mis-guided me on some issues. Both of them were very pleasant to work with and I'm sure they did the job to the best of their ability. Maybe I was expecting too much?

Geek Squad agent installed my arlo2 motion security system on September 3rd 19 but still, I am receiving messages through my smartphone that side camera fails charging.

this one I could of done myself all I needed to do was charge the battery put in the corner of the garage and done the only reason i had the geek squad do this is that I never did this before.

The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything so thoroughly. He made learning the camera system so easy because of his knowledge and patience. Hats off to Don. I’m so glad it’s you that was sent For my installation. Thank you.

The gentlemen who came to the house were fantastic. Called when they were on their way and were respectful and extremely helpful. Installed my products and social distanced with masks the entire time. Excellent service

For the first time the Geek Squad outsourced the installation. Horrible service. Made 4 appointments and didn’t show up nor call. Whoever selected this process should be fired I installed myself

Two of the three camera's I had installed are not working with the solar panels. I need another trip to see if we can get the set up correctly so they can get more sun.

The camera was installed correctly but then went off line and cannot be corrected until the installer can come out and get the code for the router

Had quite a bit of trouble getting this scheduled and waited all day on 3 separate days for someone to show up only to find out they canceled my order. It would have been nice if someone could have actually let me know no one was going to show up. Finally, on the 4th day, they assigned to a contractor that did a pretty good job. I'd actually give the guys that came out on 4th try a higher rating & the initial 3 trys a no star rating.
