Agents installed my solar panels and connected them to my Arlo camers, unfortunately the installation is incomplete and not working properly, Agents were professional and polite.

The camera was installed correctly but then went off line and cannot be corrected until the installer can come out and get the code for the router

The two techs were very prompt, professional, helpful and friendly. I will recommend best buy and the geek squad due to the positive experience I had with them.

Had quite a bit of trouble getting this scheduled and waited all day on 3 separate days for someone to show up only to find out they canceled my order. It would have been nice if someone could have actually let me know no one was going to show up. Finally, on the 4th day, they assigned to a contractor that did a pretty good job. I'd actually give the guys that came out on 4th try a higher rating & the initial 3 trys a no star rating.

Two of the three camera's I had installed are not working with the solar panels. I need another trip to see if we can get the set up correctly so they can get more sun.

Chimes all the time, at every motion, every cat and even says there’s a person there when there’s nothing. It’sa lie that you don’t have to pay for service, because none of the motion or smart features work unless you have a membership. Disappointed
