I remember seeing this movie when it came out in theaters as a kid and popped this into my blu ray player soon after buying it and was blown away by the picture quality. Pretty good for 25 year old movie. This movie is good for kids and adults alike. Oh and it has Val Kilmer in his prime!

With today's directors like, Tarantino, Chris Nolan, Peter Jackson & Michael Bay: taking nearly 3 hours to tell a story; Ron Howard did it under 2 hours, with out compromising any of the plot or narrative themes. I wish Ron Howard could take these 4 directors and force them to take a class in story telling.

Was nice to find a classic so thank you for stocking it. Best movie to watch with your family a mix of magic and adventure with comedy.

this is a heart warm movie that make you root for all of the different creatures that help to defeat evil. puts you on edge in some part of the movie. just get the popcorn out and enjoy.

Even though it was not a big hit I think Ron Howard did really good with this movie. I love movies for kids that will show them that they can do anything if they have some faith and put there mine into it. Gives out a great message for everyone even parents.

I loved Willow growing up, so was excited that they finally released this on blu ray. It does not disappoint! It holds up well after 25 years, and my only complaint is that some parts of the movie are grainy and the colors aren't as vivid. Picture and sound for the most part are amazing.

The movie looks great on blu ray. It brought back all the memories i had while watching it in theaters were it first came out.

I have loved this movie since I was a child. This movie is wonderful for all ages. Warwick Davis' performance truly captivates your heart and sends you in to a world of fantasy.

About time this movie is released on blu-ray. Very impressed with the picture quality. The movie never looked so good. The sound isn't too bad either. Special effects definitely look dated but it was expected. Great story and great transfer.

This movie was a favorite of mine when I was a kid. I was so happy to see it come out on DVD. This is a great buy for the family, parents and kids. Good storyline, funny moments.

From kids to the big kids just a great 80's movie all around

I have always like this movie. A bit obscure but still entertaining.

Willow was filmed in 35mm anamorphic Panavision and looks pretty good on Blu-ray. There's a fair amount of fine detail and grain on display. The transfer is a bit warm compared to the DVD, but this may represent a closer match the the release prints at the time of its release. The DTS-HD Master Audio sounds fantastic, probably sourced from the original 70mm 6-Track audio stems. James Horner's score here has always been one of my favorites. Got this for $10 on release day. Recommended.
