Personally, i am biased on this flick. I grew up watching Willy Wonka on VHS well before DVD and BluRay. Easily one of my top 10 favorite movies, that you can easily let the entire family watch. Warning: Oompa Loompa songs may be highly addictive and get stuck in your heads for days on end!

This is an outstanding disc. The HDR grade is probably the best yet on UHD. The colors in the factory really pop, especially on Wonka's suit and the Oompa Loompas. Can't recommend this one enough.

The original version (you should know there is a popular remake) has much to recommend itself: good acting, reasonably good effects (for the day), a VERY creative story line, and a happy ending. I was happy to get it and I may hold onto it for myself rather than giving it to my neices/ nephews. It's worth seeing!

A classic movie that can brighten anyone's day. Gene Wilder plays the master chocolatier, Mr. Wonka, to a tee. And the Oompa Loompas always have a bit of wisdom in the form of song around every corner. I just wish that Wonka candies had another contest today because I want a "golden ticket" to the chocolate factory!!!!

Willy Wonka is an ALL TIME CLASSIC movie!! A GREAT movie for the entire family to enjoy. Especially with this new 4k transfer it’s a must watch and buy for any movie collector. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This movie is an all-time great. The teaching moments from this film about humility and integrity stand true to this day. May we all learn a thing or two from this all-time great movie.

Honestly, this movie is just so much better I’m 4K and it’s the resolution the film truly deserves. So happy with it. And it’s not crazy expensive like other 4K releases.

This is a fantastic movie to share with the whole family. Unfortunately the film was shot fairly cheaply on cheap film stock so it will never look like today's blockbusters, but the Blu-Ray maximizes the available video and makes it look as good as possible.

The colors of the 4K made this movie pop with fun colors! I just wanted to go out and buy candy!! Fantastic color and movie is so fun to watch!!!

The colors and era the film was made make this a perfect film for the 4K UHD format. I highly recommend making sure that your copy comes with the fantastic slip cover.

The 4K HDR transfer looks outstanding and is the best home video version of this classic, easily besting the blu-ray. Grain is appropriately present and the colors are well-saturated.

This is a classic movie. Gene Wilder was the best Willy Wonka ever. The colors and the singing of the original were the best. The remake cant even compare. This show has all the different Oompa Loompas, not just one guy playing multiple characters. In school as a child we read the book and watched the movie.

Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory is now better since it has been refreshed to blu-ray. This classic film has been a great addition to our movie library. Out kids enjoy the silly scenes and laughs.

Life's lessons of luck, fun, honesty and dreams come true. Let your imagination go with you as you watch unimaginable characters and events flowing through the chocolate factory. Fun for the whole family.

This transfer is amazing. While the sound isnt dts x or atmos it has great picture that gives the impression of the time period it was shot in with greater quality/detail and color with HDR.

Great 4k version of this movie. The colors in the world of willy wonka definitely pop on screen if you have a really good 4k display or 4k projector. A classic.

If you have to read a review for this movie then thats ashame. This is an all time classic that they even did a reboot of it. This one is still better, sorry Johnny Depp. You can't go wrong with a classic.

We have watched this movie numerous times n the past, but this was our first Blue Ray DVD and we loved it. The colors were truly amazing and made the movie that much more enjoyable to watch again. We were shocked by what we had been missing. Highest recommendations given!!

This is the original. I grew up with it. It is awesome and brings back memories of my childhood. It is so much better than the remake, not just for nostalgia reasons, but certain storyline reasons, too. Look at reviews online and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Love this movie. Love this transfer. Warner bros is not pulling back their punches with these 4K vault releases! The transfers are fantastic! Demo worthy! Would recommend!
