I’m glad this movie got a 4K treatment. The slipcover is nice and overall a good buy in my opinion. I would recommend picking this up, especially during the Black Friday sale.

This movie is an American classic. If you have children, you must get this movie. They will love it! I don’t have kids and I bought it anyway and I’ve watched it twice so far/ the cinematography is beautiful on Blu-ray. The colors are bright and vivid.

Not much you can say but if you are a collector or not, this is one movie that should be in your library. The sound is great, and the picture is great. If you buy this movie your family will love you for it. I highly recommend seeing this movie. Good family fun.

Wonderful movie. I remember watching Willy Wonka many years ago when it first came out (before DVDs were available). So glad that it is finally available on DVD so that I can watch it whenever I want. It always makes me crave chocolate when I am watching!

Love the movie but, the digital code is already expired. This should not be advertised with digital copy. That was the main reason I purchased this.

LOVED THIS MOVIE WHEN I WAS A KID AND WAS IN MY LOCAL BESTBUY AND SAW THAT THEY HAD THIS. WATCHED THIS WITH MY DAUGHTER YESTERDAY AND WAS TOTALLY SINGING WITH THE MOVIE, SUCH A CLASSIC. THANKS TO BEST BUY I WAS ABLE TO SHARE THIS MOVIE WITH MY DAUGHTER WHO TOTALLY LOVED THE MOVIE. :)

A billion times seeing this film hasn't ever altered my opinion of just how well done it is. Leonard Stone, who was really just a lower tier bit actor, for instance, turns in an awesome job as Violet's dad. Gene wilder... he deserves a posthumous Oscar.

The movie is a classic, and this is the blue ray version. It's the first blue ray copy of the film I've owned or even watched and it definitely was well worth the inexpensive price tag as well as the couple days it took to arrive. Definitely a good purchase for me.

Who can forget the cheesy songs, cheesy graphics, and cheesy story? Gene Wilder at his best showing people how to be better people through comedy. Where else in history can you tell an American they are being bad parents, and this is a good thing. Even shown as extremes, each example shows the caring of a parent for their child, and imagination runs wild with classically built sets and stage like performances. A children's movie before they were animated, and moral values suspiciously aimed at an older audience, but simplified for everyone.

One of the great classic movies is finally on 4K and it looks amazing..crystal clear picture the colors pop..I love it definitely worth a buy on 4K if you’re a fan of this movie

A classic!! This movie never looked or sounded better. I love the look of the slipcover too. I wish you guys made a steelbook for it though. That would have been a must own.

If you have not ever seen this original movie, then I highly recommend you watch this one versus the newer version. They are actually two different movies. I liked the newer version, but prefer the original as I am a Gene Wilder fan.

Can't go wrong with classic Willy Wonka. Everything from funny, entertaining, creepy, and wholesome. Got this in a bargain bin as well, so the price was right for a blu-ray version of a film I grew up watching on a recorded VHS tape from our antennae TV.

Great Movie and great transfer to 4K. I would recommend buying this movie to add it to your 4K collection. What colors are very vibrant and lively thanks to the 4K transfer.

This is one of my childhood favorites. I just love it and it always puts a smile on my face. The transfer here is really nice. It's never looked or sounded better. Recommended.

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory is a classic movie that I remember from my youth. It is definitely dated, but still thoroughly entertaining. Gene Wilder is great and the kids are extremely well cast. Catchy songs make this a timeless movie that can be watched time and again.

This movie is one of the best, because everyone needs a golden ticket in their lives, but not only that, they need to believe..all the characters are wonderfully famous in this movie be a use of their uniqueness and because they are from all walks of life, which makes it so great..

Not to much to say, it's the classic with Gene Wilder at high definition. The Audio is excellent. Extras are a little sparse but that is not what you are buying this for... this is to watch a classic film in all it's glory on your 55" TV. For that, this is perfect.

Truly a classic movie. Gene Wilder at his best. I remember watching this as a kid and loving it even more as an adult. Touching and memorable. Everyone in my family loves this timeless classic!

The remastered 4K version is eye candy. No grainy images. The picture is crystal clear for a movie that came out in the 1970’s. A must for any Gene Wilder fan.
