This movie is pure fun for the whole family! Gene Wilder was perfectly cast as Willy Wonka! Regardless of the differences in technology and lead actors, this version of the Chocolate Magnate is the more entertaining movie.

Loved this movie as a kid, so much better than the Johnny Depp/Tim Burton version. Sure, it gave me nightmares but I didn't realize the kids all lived in the end. Was a great bargain bin find to save for my own children.

The 4K transfer for this film is absolutely phenomenal. If you love Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory you need this in your collection.

No matter how old you are, you never forget about this original movie of Willie Wonka. Although Tim Burton did a great job on the remake, nothing compares to the original. Maybe they will make a double feature of both one day.

I grew up loving this movie so I had to grab while Best Buy had it on sale. This is a classic and is wayyyyy better than the Johnny Depp version from a few years ago. This is the version my future kids will watch.

I think the Colors pop. in this movie, love all of the revealed details. Sound Quality didn't make a memory , good or bad. love this in 4k

Gene Wilder as Willy Wonka has to be one of the most revered characters in cinema. His charisma is shown exquisitely as the creator of Wonka chocolate. A timeless movie that will have generations connecting with one another.

Biggest improvement is that this release of Willy Wonka is correctly framed (right aspect ratio) unlike past home video releases. The picture is the best it has ever looked on video (4K upgrade shines). The audio sounds like the same as past releases--solid but not spectacular.

This original Willy wonka and the chocolate is a classic family movie. I have been watching it my whole life and am looking forward to showing my kids this movie. It is a must have for any movie collection!

Purchased this movie in blu Ray and dont regret it! Such a classic that it was a must and I didn't pay full price! Always a plus! My 4 year old nephew likes it and keeps him distracted if I have to get something done.

everyone knows about this movie and well if you havent seen it then it is time to pick it up on 4k at a good price! time to scar the kids

This iconic movie will always be a staple to the imagination. Gene Wilder will always be remebered in this movie for his role as Willy Wonka. Grab yourself some chocalate and go on the adventure with Charlie Bucket.

Not much to say about this classic movie, which many of you have already seen. I must tell you that whenever my Grandchildren ae visiting, this is one of the DVDs that are requested over and over. It is a WONDERFUL family movie !

Picking this film up on 4K is a no-brainer if you're a fan of the film. Looks gorgeous! R.I.P. Gene Wilder

This such a great movie. I have so many fond memories of watching it as a kid. It is a movie that I can watch over and over. Love having it on blu-ray

Got this DVD for my 11-year old twin girls, since they are preparing for the play in school. They had never seen the movie before (and I haven't in decades!), and they absolutely loved it. Highly recommend it!

Willy Wonka is amazing in 4k and well worth the watch for fans and those who are wanting to finally watch the movie.

One of my all-time favorite movies. It looks so good on 4K. wow! I got my 4K player and hi-def 4K big screen from Best Buy, also. :-D
