Getting this Windmill AC was a game changer! I love how the light turns off after 20 - 30 seconds or maybe less because the light affects my sleep. I also appreciate how it's not as loud compared to other air conditioners. If you ever work from home or want an AC that's not extremely loud, I recommend getting this AC. I also wanted to share that I unplugged the Windmill AC as it's been a little chilly these past couple of days in Boston. I plugged in a regular purifier that I ordered from Amazon. My asthma got triggered and made it difficult for me to sleep, but when I plugged the Windmill AC back, my asthma went away. My breathing improved the minute I turned the Windmill AC on. If you all could purchase any AC, I recommend getting one with Windmill!

I love this air conditioner! I live in a New York city apartment and it fits perfectly. It's super quiet, easy to assemble, and works perfectly to cool my entire apartment. Highly recommend!

We bought this AC because it was advertised as being very quiet. We have found this to be true. Closest thing to central air in a window unit as far as noise, You can't direct the air flow, but this hasn't been an issue for us. The unit was really easy to install.

This air conditioner model cools very quickly, and is reasonably quiet. It seems to be very solid and reliable. It seems to have a very powerful motor, but it is also quite energy efficient (low amperage draw for such a powerful unit).

I like that is quiet but you can still hear the motor but not as much as a traditional Ac, it was easy to install and it looks great, App and Alexa works realy good, and best of all cool the room quickly, will see about the savings on electricity

The delivery was quick, although the delivery was to the bottom of the stairs so I had to carry it in myself. Installation was slightly tricky, I would highly recommend that the instruction to get help is followed, though I did manage it. The unit is pretty quiet even on the highest fan setting.

I came across this AC while in search for a replacement for a wall mounted unit. This is not compatible but, and since there wasn't much options for that category I just settled for this one and decided to just install it through the window. As with most small appliances these days, unboxing was pretty easy and uneventful. And out of the box, they provide you with the usual accompaniments, but om addition, they also include a pair of scissors, just in case your household doesn't keep one, for the cardboard/plastic cutouts that serves as the cover for the side extenders. This makes for a seamless and clean look, a definite plus. After the install, which, depending on the size you purchase, may require a couple of extra hands, plug-in, and download of the app, the AC is ready for use. For our use, it is quiet but does get a bit louder as you increase the fan speed. Again, for us, it is not as loud as our other AC's and stands out as likely the quietest in our household. Our 8,000 BTU unit provides ample cooling for a small to medium sized bedroom. Depending on the time of the year, of course, and the temperature outside, you may need something larger. I like it as it functions as designed, mostly emits low noise, and can be controlled through the app. I can recommend this product to those looking for something similar.

AC is working ok so far. Not as quiet as the Midea U shape unit it replaced. Easy to install and a good looking unit. However, the mobile app has a lot of issues. Forget trying to add a schedule to the ac. Its complicated and it only works every now and then. They need to update the app.

It’s quiet and efficient and that’s what I was looking for. I put it in the window to simulate a power outage and ran it using my EcoFlow Delta pro with and extra battery. It used 25% of the capacity running it for over 8 hours set to 72 degrees

This air conditioner is built very well, looks nice, quiet, but the best part is it really does keep out the outside noises. I live on a busy street and the number of jerks with loud cars, trucks and motorcycles is more than annoying. The unit doesn’t slam on the fan at whatever setting you choose, but ramps it up gently. I think for a box hanging out your window, it looks the nicest. I replaced a typical air conditioner I bought just last year with this one. Spend the extra $100 bucks. You will be happy you did.
