They did a fine job--cleaned up after, and all seems to be well. And thanks to the people in scheduling, who updated me with new date, and then new time info. Installers also called when 30 minutes out.

Yes, they did a good job but the frame was not installed because it wouldn't fit. Hubby had to cut a chunk out of the frame to fit over the a/c.

the two technicians who installef my ac unit were great. explained everything very clearly and made sure I was able to set it up for online remote access. they were very knowledgeabke and smart.

Purchased online. Pickup department was extremely helpful. GEEK squad was 3rd party outsourcing. Scheduled for first appointment in morning. Arrived at 5:30pm. No fault of installers. Their dispatch redefined routine without regard to customer convenience and prior commitment. Installation is flawless

I had to urge these installers to install the air conditioner properly so that there were no open spaces. They finally did it. They didn’t know how to use it and I’m having trouble because it’s complicated.

Sometimes it shutdown automatically I can't figure out why it does that.

The installation was very fast, i wasn't have a bracket i order one from Amazon and next day early Geek Squad came to finish, I'm more than happy.

Can't really give a review as I returned item for another AC.

We had a few air-conditioners installed. And I was lucky enough that they send us the same guy for all of the installations. And not only was he courteous but informative. And despite that the building was giving him a hard time he was very professional I would definitely recommend the geek squad.

I bought this for my mother to have for her room upstairs her room is not part of the central and heating and she that can turn it on and off with a remote without getting out of bed at night and setting the timer so the room is already cool when she goes upstairs for the night all in all a great purchase

I am waiting on my remote control for the AC. The geek quad was here however they did not reorder the remote and it is taking forever hopfully I will recieve it soon.

The worst installation experience I have ever had in my life. Look at all the calls I made. 3 cancellations, no shows, inability to take unit down. Will spread the word on socials. I never got call I requested after escalation.
