I had Best Buy install 3 of these air conditioners for me. It took them less then one hour to install all three. They cleaned up and took all my old air conditioners with them.

The installation for my new air conditioner went very good. The techs showed up on time. Worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.

Had to be installed twice; was not installed properly the first time. Water leaked all over my carpet.

I already had brackets (under the AC, attached to the building) in my window, so they didn't need to be installed. I don't care for the insulation they used. It was a thin piece of styrofoam, which still left small gaps. I was told that the side brackets would not fit because the air conditioner was large and took up most of the room in the window, but I believe they could have been installed and help better insulate from the sides. I already had some insulating foam pieces at home, so they were used to close the gaps.

The two installers were careful and competent They did a perfect job in decent amount of time but NOT too fast to be accurate

Great air conditioner. Just what we needed for these hot August days.

Two guys came to install the a/c they were respectful and put on shoe covers upon entering my home, they installed the a/c properly and answered some of my concerns with regards to maintenance. I am happy I called for help, thank you.

The two installers carried my air conditioner up 4 flights and did an excellent job removing the old air conditioner and setting up the new one. They also took away my old air conditioner. Very happy with their service.

Best Buy kept pushing the date of installation back. I finally asked a friend to help me install it. I was told by someone at Best Buy that they would send me a shipping label so I could send the defective AC unit back. It has been over a week and I've received no label. I think I should reconsider my plans to buy a new gas stove and have it installed as well as having my old electric range hauled away.
