    As soon as the technician left I looked at the owner's manual and realized he forgot to install the weather stripping under the unit so there is a gap between the windowsill and the unit that is open to the outside. There also is supposed to be foam to cover the accordion folds on either side of the unit. I tried to reach the technician to ask if he could find the missing materials in the box, but have not heard back.

    Bought airconditioner. Had it delivered and installed ... installers called 30 mi utes prior to arrival, did a great job installing. Took all packaging with them
