Disappointed and frustrated

I finally asked a friend to help me install it. I was told by someone at Best Buy that they would send me a shipping label so I could send the defective AC unit back. It has been over a week and I've received no label. I think I should reconsider my plans to buy a new gas stove and have it installed as well as having my old electric range hauled away.
