Did what was required.

There was no coordination between install and pickup of old unit ( two teams?) resulting in pickup wanting to come before old one was even removed, resulting in cancellation of removal and I had to do that myself.

They had to remove a 30 year old, huge, and extremely heavy AC and did so without complaint. They were excellent at resolving a fitting issue. Their professionalism, cleanliness and friendliness was definitely noticed and appreciated.
