Controls are difficult to use. Not intuitive. Example: After set to Auto Speed, Auto Mode, and eco only the current temp shows, and can't see or change the set temp without changing out of Auto Mode. Also the control labels are very difficult to even see. Have to use a flashlight.

The worst experience ever with best but. All i got was constant run around from home services, setting up appointments. Each one giving me different information. A true reflection of what was going on, because are asking me to review a product that i did not even receive.

This window air conditioner definitely does the job and is very quiet.

These two guys were very professional they were on time to the minute. And the install only took 30 minutes.

The third party installer was very late because best buy did not forward the right information to them. My email said my appointment was between 8am and 12 noon, they showed up at almost 2pm. The email that was sent to them said my appointment was between 12noon and 4pm. So technically, it was not the third parties fault they were late. And after about an hour on the phone nothing was done.

They installed my air conditioner fast and quickly. They were very knowledgeable and competent. Good service

The team informs me about the time when they will arrive, and let me know when they can be available earlier, they know what they need to do and the process is professional, I am very satisfied with the whole process.

Air conditioner was finally installed. Additional material was needed to complete the installation. I was not contacted by the installer to set up and additional appointment. I had to take the initiative and call Best Buy to set up the 2nd appointment. That installation went well.

Installers were excellent. They worked hard and carefully to remove old unit. Very courteous and explained everything. And they cleaned all the floor and outside deck.

The worst installation experience I have ever had in my life. Look at all the calls I made. 3 cancellations, no shows, inability to take unit down. Will spread the word on socials. I never got call I requested after escalation.
