Bordy was the best. He was very professional and did it right. Not like the first installers put the air conditioner in the wall and left. He said need to come back with boards and it would cost you $100.00 dollars Really

The a/c may be right. It does cool down the room. But, installation is the pits. the adhesive used looks patched up cold air coming through the gaps.

Air conditioner was finally installed. Additional material was needed to complete the installation. I was not contacted by the installer to set up and additional appointment. I had to take the initiative and call Best Buy to set up the 2nd appointment. That installation went well.

Best Buy kept pushing the date of installation back. I finally asked a friend to help me install it. I was told by someone at Best Buy that they would send me a shipping label so I could send the defective AC unit back. It has been over a week and I've received no label. I think I should reconsider my plans to buy a new gas stove and have it installed as well as having my old electric range hauled away.

The unit is very compact relative to the window unit it replaced. Much smaller and very "modern" looking compared to the window unit it replaced, with better cooling capacity. A very good buy with which I am happy.

I had this unit installed professionally by the Best Buy Geek Squad. They delivered and installed it perfectly. I did not have to deal with the weight at all. The installer was very knowledgeable and installation was completed very quickly. The gentleman explained the main features and its functioning before leaving. He was very friendly and courteous.
