Did a good job. Left house clean

They were here when promised. cleaned up

Very professional installation

They were patient and thorough. Even downloaded the smart phone remote control app and taught me how to use it.

Basic installation

They will only install on vertical windows, slide up and down. Not horizontal. Save the money and do it yourself it’s so easy. I wanted an install on a horizontal sliding window which requires a bracket, board to cover window gap, and an extra set of hands to hold the unit during installation. They refused to do it. Something about voiding the warranty

Newer model not like older ones. Disappointed in this feature. Especially since i paid more to have this service
