Awesome. Great service. They Did a fantastic job

They didn’t even install my air conditioner. They simply stuck in unit in my window and closed the window down on the unit and that was it. They didn’t screw anything in and told be the foam doesn’t fit and to do it myself later. I still have all of the parts they were supposed to install in their plastic bags. I want Best Buy to send someone else out to do the service I paid for. I keep calling the store for help and they don’t answer their phones. I have been trying for 3 days to get in touch with someone to help.

If there was less than 1 star this is the rating that I would give. I purchased a window unit in December to replace the one that I currently have. The first time I was told that I was kicked off that schedule by accident. The 2nd time they did not show up. The 3rd time the installers came and said that due to me having Japanese plugs in my house they could not install the air conditioner. I decided to get Best Buy to come and get the unit. This was the worse experience I have ever had with Best Buy in all the years that I have been buying from them and no one seemed to care. The unit sat in my living room from December to Feburary.
