I am happy with this protection because i know i am all cover.

The Air Conditioner was installed by a 3rd party installer, and the 3rd party installed it in such a way that the key function of this AC (the ability to open and close the window while the AC is installed) was inoperable. The installer stuck the included foam (after cutting it) directly to the mobile part of the window, rendering the window inoperable. Because Be aware that the third party installers they send may not be competent to install the product you are buying.

Installers were polite and efficient and quick....

I hired this service to have an airconditioning unit installed. After being patient I had to ask the workers to stop throwing their tools on my hardwood floors (since they scratch easily) and they denied having done so. Do not expect them to help with the boxes either. Bad attitude, ok job.

Wi-Fi does not work and this air conditioner may be one of the loudest I have ever heard, even on low. Not worth the price. And only cold to 64 degrees

This was not for an installation just for a replacement of a part that was damaged on the initial installation-the left side curtain of my air conditioner, I don't know why I had to pay for the replacement of this part. Upon replacing this part the air conditioner was dropped on the deck and I am afraid it was damaged. I won't know until I turn it on next spring. I feel the 2 technicians had no idea what they were doing. I also want to be reimbursed the $53.00 I paid for this and I want it to be made known that this happened.

I don’t know how these air conditioners actually work because I paid for installation they came to my house needed something to install. The unit was dented. They said that I would get a phone call from Best Buy and never got a phone call. So they are just sitting in my living room still

Terrible experience, one person showed up to do the install. I had advised them they were going into a second story window. He came unprepared and refused to install. We called the company and Best Buy but couldn’t resolve the problem. I ended up having to hire someone to complete the installation and pay them. This was very frustrating and unnecessary because i bought the sc units at Best Buy because of my total tech membership

My Frigidaire 5100 BTU window AC was too heavy for me to lift nor am I handy with any sort of tool, so I chose to pay for the install. If I knew 1 strong guy and 1 handyman , I would of done it without paying for the very expensive install for this simple task.

Unfortunately Best Buy isn’t the installer They contract it through 2 nd and 3rd contract installers. On this purchase the installer read through Manual to install. He didn’t do such a great job sealing around it with the weather stripping Best Buy worked with me to correct it

Had a 6:30am to 8:30am time window ( ridiculous)! Guess what? They were showed and never even called until way after time window saying they were stuck in traffic!! This company stinks! It took over 52 emails and calls to the executive office to even get a resolution. I’m still dealing with this mess. I will never patronize this store again.

I had to cancel my order due to scheduling the installation very dissatisfied wasted my time store gave me the wrong information.

Came to me as out of order. Need air condition gas to be replaced or filled in. It has service problem too. Never buy again

We requested and scheduled installation of our air conditioner on at least 3 occasions which was repeatedly cancelled, sometimes without notice. And then when finally promised and they did not show up nor respond to emails we cancelled the install and returned the air conditioner to the store. I then had to pay triple to install it from another store. This was absurd since I pay for the program with best buy which should have included the discounted installation.

Received an returned air conditioner with damages and missing parts. The installer could not install the unit and Best Buy wants me to pay for the second install price. of $149

Horrible. They came to our house and refused to install the new AC unit because they said they would not remove chaulking from our current unit. I was at work and my wife was home, otherwise i'd of done it myself. Worst experience we've ever had.

I was totally dissatisfied with the service. Noone could install a unit I had ordered on recommendation of salesperson. Then I could not receive any access to Best Buy managers or head of Geek Squad(which I have paid for and never used.) I will buy future items at PC Ricgards.

They set up installation between 1pm and 5pm i said perfect they called said they would be there by 11am said i was at work and they said nothing they could do i was going to cancel the service but then they said they can do it on Saturday he will reschedule me his self never showed up still waiting for s service i paid for which never completed
