    I ordered the installation services with additional products. An item on the order had to be substituted so B.B. elected to cancel the whole order and replace it. In the process their systems were down so they bypassed their own systems to enter the order. They shipped the air conditioner but refuse to schedule the installation. This has been a nightmare. Almost four weeks in I have a boxed air conditioner in the original box, sitting on the shipping platform as it gets warmer in California. Thanks for nothing.

    Horrible Best Buy hires a third party company and gives out false information. Third party company didn’t have tools for wall install and they want to charge more money for it. Best Buy keeps saying no but then keeps sending same people. Frustrated. Now I’m stuck with a huge box in the middle of my living room.

    Had an appointment to get my window air conditioner installed. I was sent a third party contracted worker, seemed to be in a hurry in getting to the next job. Didn't use all of the hardware and proper screws my air conditioner came with. Did not secure my air conditioner properly, window can be slid up/opened by hand, and installed this black adhesive foam all around it making it look hideous!

    Great delivery guys but terrible installation…the installer never installed a unit like ours. Your third party installation company ,who have nothing to do with Best Buy ,has destroyed my confidence in Best Buy. Our experience up to this installation has rated your Geek squad At 10+

    1 of the installers was rude, 1 knew what customer service meant. A piece was missing from 1 of the items, It was like good cop, bad cop.

    installers did not seem like they new what they were doing my air conditioner is not straight in window screws holding in came out took the 20 minutes ti figure out how to put bracket out window best buy is sending out another installer to check it out

    Apparently I mistakenly purchased th wrong unit for my situation on the recommendation of the salesman. The installer let me know right away and made me feel stupid for doing so. Rude is the best description I have. They took it away and I received credit eventually. Thanks

    Guy never came out to install my AC and i never even got a phone call or anything to cancel. Good thing i found someone else. Why did i pay for geek squad services? Waste if money.

    Said they were missing a part and never called . Wasted 8 hours at home . Then it took a second extra week for next appointment. And i had to pay a 2nd installation charge as they were replacing an older unit that was under warranty. Not fair at all. And no response from Best Buy Manager whom I asked for a call back.

    Best Buy tech at Germantown store is horrible he knows nothing about selling ac units acts like it’s a hard time to get up and had no idea what he was selling or doing because of that my installation was incomplete and it’s the salesperson fault and Best Buy corporate for hiring him

    They did not want to do the install. They open the box and reported I need to install rails on my window before they would install. They stayed all of 15 minutes of that.

    I bought both items with the understanding that they would be installed. Only to get told the day before my installation date that they dont offer that nor did they ever offer that feature. I had to return both ACs.

    Never was installed. My husband spent 8 days in Sargent waiting for all these appointments they would make and not show up!! He took the air conditioner back

    installers don't know how to set the Window units, missed several screws, didn't set the insulation properly, don't know how to set the Wi-Fi fixture, and never installed this kind of AC before.

    After reading great reviews of this product in Consumer Reports I went to Best Buy to purchase it. Found it, bought it, they never installed it. Missed two install dates for no reason, no I'm sorry at any time. They even tried to deliver it when I was not home without an install appointment. Strange people. Never again!

    Purchased 2 A/C for our Pre School class. Arranged installation and paid $300. 14 days later they came and said they would need to comeback. 1 month later they called to say on their way, then canceled and kept our money. 2 weeks no word from them.
