BEST BUY CUSTOMER NO MORE

I am surprised that Best Buy is still in business with the POOR customer service they provide. For a month, someone from Best Buy called me every day...one day to schedule the install and the next day to cancel and for me to call and reschedule. A week after the install, I still received calls trying to reschedule my delivery/install. NOT GOOD...

vandals could not have been worse

Damaged my home due to incompetent deliverers 400 lb+ man climbed over on retaining wall instead of walking down path. then, Best Buy took weeks to assign an adjuster
