    If I could give less than 1 star I would. This key didn't work. I tried everything. I work in IT so this is generally a no brainer. Now I have lost over an hour trying everything and when I tried to call the store I got transferred to the Borg Queen who told me that I couldn't reach the local store but I could wait another 47 days and 23 hours for a Geek Squad member to come on the line. I hung up on her.

    Right a way after the trouble to get the install to work. I start receiving not responding with the programs inside.

    Had to purchase due to the software my company uses. Installed it on a brand new computer. However, had to return the computer for a different one. Best Buy would not refund $100 that I paid for this software. And Windows would not transfer software to the replacement computer.

    not using - it wants to put all your private info on "one drive" & will not let you update your documents unless you are signed on where they can see everything.
