My house used to fill with smoke whenever I cooked! Now I can cook freely with no issues. Great prize! I had looked around other home appliances stores and I saved a bit buying from Best Buy. Has a sleek look and comes with everything you need for install.

This range hood comes with 3 fan levels and a nice light. It's finished in Stainless Steel which matches our cooktop and it's very compatible. I actually returned the 30" and go the 36" - that was the size of my old hood - Best Buy folks were nice and accommodating on the exchange.

Absolutely love this hood. Great lighting, great exhaust and looks fabulous.

This was a great alternative to our old over the range microwave. It’s quiet and moves more air out of the house.

Very nice looking stainless with a powerful blower. A little bit pricey. Baffle filters are easy to clean.

The product is very easy to setup and use (I got BB to set it up but they used a third party installer who didnt know how to diagnose the problem when it croaked after 10 seconds). I had to reach out to the manufacturer to obtain 2 parts which they graciously did for free, and swapping out the 2 components was a breeze. I've been using the windster range hood for 2 months and I love it. The fans are quiet and powerful. We replaced the BUILT-IN under the MICROWAVE exhaust with this one.

I like very much because I don’t have to worry about filters I can wash it in dishwasher.

The filters will fall out and break your range. The manner of inserting the baffle filters is idiotic, I am an engineer, and a person who designs and builds mechanical things, The instructions are almost useless unless you are gifted,,,,I am, and it was still a challenge, The big problem is this thing sits above your very expensive range. While trying to install the baffle filters, one or the other fell out repeatedly dropping 3 feet toward the glass top of my range. I had protected it with a sheet of plywood just in case something like this happened. It did, 3 times, till I duct taped one of the filters in place while I installed the other. This is about the most idiotic design I've yet seen in ANYTHING. Further, the filters do not fill the space they fit it, so fumes will bypass them, There are a couple of strange metal channel pieces that somehow are supposed to fill up the ~1.5 inches of space. NO instructions at all about that. And, from the looks of them, they comprise 2 more steel pieces that will fall onto your cook surface. So...It is a well built unit, I suppose. It is accurately sized and the materials are good quality. The fans and controls all work fine, for now, and may continue to for many years. But...if you ever want to change or clean those baffles, build something strong over the top of your range.,

There is only one setting for the light. My previous hood had 3 settings, including a night light. I didn't pay this any attention when we made the purchase. I just assumed it had more than one setting. I should have read the details. My bad!

Very nice functional and durable. I like how it had different level of setting.

Only problem I have with unit is I wish it was a little quieter.

This hood has three speeds, good lighting, and is easy to clean. Find it suits my needs.

Works as advertised and very low noise (compared to what I had before).

Overall a good range hood except the lighting could have been variable.

Wish we had a chance to test it out in the store, they had very few on display and the ones they did could not be turned on. so we didn't know how loud they would be. .and its pretty LOUD!

It is great product because we do lot of cooking at home and need powerful range hood instead of micro wave.

Your installers didn't know what they were doing. They had never install this range hood. It started by them telling me my range hood wouldn.t fit in the opening - it had to vent out of the top instead of the back (no opening) - it wouldn't fit with my wall vent - I couldn't work with the way my electrical wiring was - I couldn't have a damper - etc. etc. I HAD TO SHOW THEM IT WOULD WORK AND IT DID WORK!!!!!!. I don't know why I paid for instillation, because I had to do all the work for them.
