Great build quality and features.

The stainless steel baffles are a plus one mesh filter. We purchased this unit because we like the rounded corners on the front edges.

Total tech did not install the range hood.

The total tech did not install the range hood. It is sitting in my garage since last month. Bestbuy sends a third party for the installation and they are asking money to install it. I was told that installation is free of cost as I am the TotalTech member. I scheduled another appointment today but the total tech representative was very rude, she did not put the right notes in the appointment. I am sure the installer will come without any clue what needs to be done. Extremely disappointed with best buy total tech.
