Your geek squad never showed up, did not communicate with me at all, and kept canceling my appointments without notification nor explanation. What kind of company does this? I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy.

The agent verified that I have everything for installing solar panels for Arlo and ring cameras.

I installed several cameras around my house. The installer was very nice and helpful.

The first technician that was sent out told me to recharge the batteries. The batteries were already charged since I have solar panels attached to them. The second visit the supervisor came with the technician and was more knowledgeable about what needed to be done. There needs to be a different payment for a reset rather than a complete install. It is too much money for only a reset.

Installer initially showed up about 10 days ago and indicated that the order was incomplete because it did not include information about installing 4 additional cameras and solar panels and advised me to go to the nearest Best Buy to obtain a more accurate order and a new appointment. He never showed up for the new appointment which GEEK Squad had confirmed with him. Moreover I had arranged to be off work today to accommodate him. It took a 72 mile trip and two hours in in your store to reschedule today’s futile appointment. Now going on to 2 months since the original request /purchase for installation.
