    Installer initially showed up about 10 days ago and indicated that the order was incomplete because it did not include information about installing 4 additional cameras and solar panels and advised me to go to the nearest Best Buy to obtain a more accurate order and a new appointment. He never showed up for the new appointment which GEEK Squad had confirmed with him. Moreover I had arranged to be off work today to accommodate him. It took a 72 mile trip and two hours in in your store to reschedule today’s futile appointment. Now going on to 2 months since the original request /purchase for installation.

    I am believing the Consultant put in wrong order to install our camera...which we ended up returning after 3 different guys came out. Very frustrating, plus had to go back to the store 3 times, one for return of defective camera.....which the guy had already drilled holes in our house for. The second guy saying he didn’t do that kind of install and the order on the receipt was wrong and the third guy said I needed an electrician. These guys were all very nice and tried to explain, I just wanted my camera hung. This also happened at a time when the Consultant couldn’t physically come to the house because of Covid19, I think that was the overall problem. Anyway, we were tired and just returned the camera to the store for a refund. We met with a very helpful Manager, who understood and gave us our refund.
