    Mounted my security camera but were not able to connect the video. Useless without video. Tech??? Not so much. Not happy they used a third party provider.

    installation went fine. Came after time span of wait time. This was third attempt to install simple Ring system, Everytime they had to come back it took 3 weeks

    Technician was ok but they don’t give them a ladder to install the camera if it’s over 6 feet off ground. Mine was about 9 feet so I had to install cameras myself. They did discount the install after I complained though
