    We had Best Buy install Blink cameras and floodlights. The first night the floodlights did not come on. Called and they sent someone else out and all she had to do was take the tape off the batteries and tighten the back on so that it had a connection. It was not geek squad who installed them.

    The service technician was pleasant, but ran into issues getting the cameras synch. What was suppose to be an hour service call was much longer. At the end of it all of the cameras were NOT mounted and working.

    Never showed up for installation appointment. Never called for a shorter window the prior like they usually do so I called to verify the appointment and was told they would be there.
