Young man by the name of Kory came out to my home and put up the wireless camera in my backyard, then he went above and beyond to make sure the camera in the front was connected and working like the one in the back. He even moved the solar panel up to a better spot so that the sun could hit it. So I was very happy with the way everything came out that day. The other guy from Geek Squad we were not happy with his work at all.

Our security camera required some extra care to mount the cameras and the Geek Squad was more than up to the task. They solved issues and set up the our cameras and monitoring system with great care and showed us the ins and outs of how to use it. Great job!

Installer Armando did a great job. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Made sure I understood how to use device.

Roland did an amazing job for us with installation of new Arlo camera, solar charger, and Eero 6+ mesh unit!!!! Thank you for setting up everything and explaining it all!!! All is great!!!

I purchased 3 wireless cameras from Best Buy. I received an discount since I have Total Tech so that was nice. I just had one of the cameras installed and mounted outside my home. The Geek Squad rep was nice and helpful with showing me how what functions to use once I downloaded the app.

Geek Squad installed on 7/7/23. On 7/25/23 it stopped working. Had received e-mails from Ring Team on 7/19/23 and 7/23/23 that it was time to recharge battery but sinc I had the Solar Battery I ignored them ).

The agent installed my cameras perfectly. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful!

The guys that came were very professional and prompt. They were friendly and patient with all my questions. They even let me text them. Highly recommended

Ryan did a great job. The product is taking time to get right. One camera is not charging with the solar panel. It is out of battery in a week with a solar panel.

The cameras have good resolution and the subscription monitoring plan is affordable. My only hang up is the loud clicking sound the cameras make when it detectes motion. Also i wish Cameras would have been installed higher up outdoors bc the can be easily knocked down or blocked…

The agents worked quick and cleaned up everything after themselves. They explained and showed us the operation as best as they were able to. I felt as if they could have done a better job explaining the finer details of the camera abilities and options but they seemed not to be fully trained on them. That was my only downside.

Great job on the install, did a walk through with technicians over scope of project. No complaints very thoughtful.

The gentleman who came out was very professional and had a lot of knowledge about the Arlo Security System. As he installed my system, I was asking questions. Throughout the process and he did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. When he had finished, he showed me the setup on my phone and still continued to answer my questions. Great job Geek Squad and great customer service from this gentleman

Great set up and system works well. He was patient and explained things well. Although the young man gave us his phone number to call but he never answered or returned our calls.
