    I have yet to have my offline camera problem resolved. I had geek squad come out, they couldn't fix it. they had subcontractor come out they couldn't fix it. they recommended new cameras. i have expedited my request. I can not get one person in your entire organization to help me. NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME. MY CAMERAS ARE UNDER TOTAL TECH WARRANTY. I plan to go into the store tomorrow. Better be someone there that can help me. This is an atrocity.

    Once you purchase the products , then pay to have it installed do you think you’re done well I’m wrong I’m swarmed with emails saying I have to join Arlo for a subscription after three months sorry I purchased now

    TOTAL DISASTER. Don't use Best Buy or Geek Squad. They use subcontractors who did not come when stated, expect you to hold a 12-hour window until the night before, and then rescheduled 5 times. I am super disappointed. I called the special help line and was disconnected. I ended up returning this item and hiring someone independently to get it done.

    The installers are not from Geek Squad. They are 3rd party installers who have very little knowledge about Ring products (security and cameras). My experience with the outside contracted (non-Geek squad) has been terrible. The 3rd party people are not ready to accept what the In home consultants have recommended during their visit to my house prior to the install. I had to cancel the installation service and install the security system and the cameras myself with the help of Ring customer service. The "Total tech support" plan is not going to effective until Best Buy has more skilled members from Geek Squad to install the cameras.

    2 plus months ago I prepaid setup with appointment 45 days out..45th day they are no show no call nothing. I make 2 phone calls total of 3 hours mostly on hold and they agree they messed up and reschedule 20 days out....TODAY I get a call that my appointment for tomorrow needs to be rescheduled 2 weeks out really...I am beyond angry and they told me I bought 4 units BUT the doorbell camera is not part of the installation!!!! Its 1 or 4 for crying out loud! I am telling you now I am moving this complaint up to corporate.

    They didn't know how to install all of the cameras and they didn't put the cameras in a good place and make hook in my wall.

    Horrible horrible customer service from both Best Buy and 2nd party installer. Neither would communicate about the installation. We we’re told 4-6 different dates that would come and go with them no showing and each blaming it on the other party. Missed multiple days of work waiting for them to show and never did. Ended up having to make a trip back into the store to speak with management to get the install scheduled. Day of install the 2nd party did not have the supplies needed and I had to send my son back into town to purchase supplies then the 2nd party took a left over $50 box of wire with them “mistakenly”.

    The batteries Ned to be recharged often. No matter how many times we try the door doesn’t shut. There is now an error message saying door is open and the camera doesn’t work with the door open

    Very upset about my installation because I told the lady I needed someone to ckeck my spotlight camera because it wasn’t working and she sent someone who couldn’t work onit and then when I called she said I have to pay again this is ridiculous

    Here it is almost a year later and still have not heard from anyone at Best Buy about this install. Their service provider after me telling him to give me a minute to put my dog in a room just walked in my house which led into a very bad dog fight and a large vet bill and me feeling like I don’t want to use this service anymore. Well I haven’t since then and they never even finished the job. I would think these providers are trained not to just walk in someone’s house. And he can’t say he didn’t cause it’s all on camera smh still waiting on a phone call I shouldn’t be responsible for their negligence.

    The installer Mike Scarborough, was nice, but installed my items(outdoor cam with solar panel) sloppy. The wires connecting to each other were just tucked into the the siding half hazardly. Something I might have done if I installed it. That’s why I paid a $100 for supposed professional install. A storm blew through a couple of days later and tore the solar panel base off and to the back off the house. I called to have it re-connected, but none of my calls were returned!! Basically, soon as they got my money, it was see-ya!! I complained to Bestbuy manager Brandon about it and was told that they are contracted out by Bestbuy, but he would contact his boss.

    Was told the installer would go over the system he would be installing that did not happen. Told to just look at the video's. Left me with more questions. Best Buy sent another installer who was very helpful.

    Anything that could have gone wrong did on this. I purchased a wireless camera system and a ring doorbell. The advisor sold me the wrong ring doorbell and the installation guys basically told me how horrible the cameras were and that they could install it, but it would not work right. After getting the right ring doorbell, they want to charge me extra to come back out. Are you kidding me? It was the best buy advisor that sold me the items after looking at my house. Ridiculous!

    The guy who came out to install took forever - then in the middle of my project he gets a call and makes up some excuse to leave my project that was already taking to long - comes back over an hour later - installs my last item - 6 months later - the bases are falling off the house, the camera are in arms reach not high enough and there were to be three screws inserted it’s 1 in two or less in the bases - that’s why they are falling off the wall - the guy was polite but...the job was not done correctly

    Camera less than a year old, now must be replaced, Best Buy crazy if they think I will buy another thru Best Buy! I expected better quality and equipment to last 4-5 years not 6-9 months!
