Cameras don't work right. Now other issues in house wi fi

I was disappointed by the consultation, lack of problem solving and suggestions.

The installation did not happen. Third party screwed everything up.

Returned item, due to be rescheduled 4 times by the installers.

Not satisfied; constant problems with product not service..

They couldn’t install because camera was defective

The techs installed our cameras and showed us how to use them. They were very patient with all the questions we asked and answered every one of them.

Nick was my installation technician. He was outstanding installing my 4 Eufy cameras and connecting them to Homebase. After camera installation, he gave me a system operations tutorial to ensure I could operate security system without issues. If I need to use Geek Squad again, I'll request Nick as my technician. Nick thank you being personable, professional, supportive. and completing a Nice installation.

Brandon installed our new ring cameras and solar panels. He asked us about how where to use the cameras to improve security and then quickly recommend placement location, installed and set up each camera and solar panel. He made sure that the cameras were all linked to our existing system. Quick, neat, courteous and good representative of Best Buy Total Tech.

Service was good. I did feel that the installation fee should have been covered by the Best Buy warranty. This is what I've been told by your sales people and what has actually happened up until this time.

only two cameras installed out of 4, since installer ran out of time to do the other two, and now weather issues are delaying the install of other two, since ice and snow are not ideal weather for outside installation

The Arlo system serves me well. It captures a wide angle view, however, it is mounted in a high traffic area causing detection every few seconds, ive adjusted the Svensson settings, but, i still get constant movement. The battery life for the ones not in high traffic areas will last well up to 2-3 weeks without a charge, however, over time the battery depletes and must be charged daily. Overall, this was a great purchase, i will purchase additional devices. The Geek Squad came out and set everything up, and adjusted the angles for bed views. They were remarkable. In and out less than 30 minutes.

The technician installed my ring cameras and connected them to my existing security system inno more than 30 minutes. I probably could have done it myself but in the interest of saving time and outrunning glitches it was a smart move.

These guys installed three cameras quickly and corrected one when I said it wasn't level. Absolutely best choice because some inexperienced computer engineer wanted 3x as much.
